For a great date night you go to Bufalina. Perhaps you feel like staying home and still want that great Neapolitan texture and taste, now you can reach for the Bufalina pizza kit at home and recreate that delicious experience. Each kit contains two pizza doughs, and one sauce, so you'll have plenty of pie for everyone!


You are in possession of Bufalina's Neapolitan pizza dough--a traditional, long-fermented dough that is identical to what Bufalina uses in their restaurants. For best results:
  1. Thaw pizza dough and sauce in refrigerator overnight. 
  2. Preheat a pizza stone, pizza steel, inverted cast iron pan, or baking sheet at your oven's maximum temperature.  Neapolitan dough does best in high-heat environments.
  3. Remove dough from the refrigerator and its container an hour or two before using.  Ideally, rest the dough on a lightly floured surface, like a countertop, covered by a dish towel or plastic wrap.  Lightly flour the top of the dough to prevent the towel or wrap from sticking.
  4. For easiest oven transfer, open the dough directly onto a lightly floured pizza peel. (If you don't have a peel, you can use the underside of a baking sheet.)
  5. A light application of both tomato sauce and additional toppings works best on our delicate dough.
