Dietary: GF, DF, NF. Contains egg.

This Quick Dinner Kit Includes:
1 lb avg Windy Meadows Family Farm Boneless Chicken Breast
5 oz Farmhouse Kitchen Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs
1 Ringger Family Farms Egg
4 oz Farmhouse Kitchen Honey-Mustard Dipping Sauce
1 Recipe Card

You Will Need:
Canola, Olive or Other Neutral-Tasting Oil
Salt & Pepper

Instructions:
Serves 3
Active Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Pat chicken dry and cut into strips about 1” wide (yielding about 10-12 strips).
  2. Set up dredging station: Crack egg into a bowl and whisk until beaten. Pour breadcrumbs into a shallow dish, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  3. Using your hands (or a fork), dip one chicken strip into the egg wash and then into breadcrumbs to coat, pressing gently to adhere. Repeat until all chicken is breaded.
  4. Apply oil to a sheet tray using a paper towel to create a very light and even layer. Lay tenders on the sheet tray and bake for 15 minutes until browned, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve with honey mustard.
Recommended Sides:
Serve a crudité plate on the side with carrots, cucumber, lettuce, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, you name it! Whatever inspires you in your Produce Box this week is great for adding color and nutrients to your dinner plate (without the extra clean up). Ranch or green goddess make for the perfect accompanying dip for your veggies - they're great with your tenders, too. Want a little more oomph? Try a grilled romaine Caesar salad, Garlic & Thyme-seasoned okra fries or potato wedges, or green beans with capers and lemon.

Quick Tip:
Chicken tenders are extremely versatile - make them your own by adding your favorite spice blend to the bread crumbs, make into a sandwich, add other favorite dipping sauces, top a salad, or stuff into tortillas or pita.
